| We would like to inform you of the following changes that will go into effect on December 1, 2026. |
|
Google will be responsible for determining, charging, and remitting local Value Added Tax to the appropriate authority for all Google Play paid app and in-app purchases made by customers in Tanzania. Starting
December 1, 2026, Google will determine, charge and remit 18% VAT for each transaction. |

| Your earnings statement will be updated for this change. No additional action is required. |
